Open Front Paint Booth
Designed for both batch and conveyorized production systems, RTT’s Open Front Booths offer a safe environment for any type of finishing operation. Air flows in the open front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area, and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth.
Open Front Bench Paint Booth
RTT’s Open Front Bench Booths offer a safe environment for any type of finishing operation and allows easy paint application for small to medium sized parts. The Open Front Bench Booths are designed for batch type production systems, but lots of smaller shops favor this model to paint a few small items daily or weekly and maintenance departments utilize this type of booth for every day building repair projects.located in the rear of the booth.
ENCLOSED INDUSTRIAL PAINT BOOTH
RTT’s Enclosed Industrial Booths are designed to produce a high-quality finish in an extremely efficient manner. Air flows in through the filtered double entry doors in the front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area, and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth. This filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack.
INDUSTRIAL EXHAUST CHAMBERS
RTT’s Industrial Exhaust chambers are designed to efficiently remove harmful vapors and particulate. With a wide range of design configurations, our exhaust chambers can accommodate the majority of production requirements, including sanding applications. The dry arrestor filters trap the airborne overspray particles before the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust systems and into the atmosphere.
PAINT MIXING ROOM
RTT’s Paint Mix Rooms provide a controlled area for safely mixing paint. Easy to maintain and operate, the product line was developed to provide fast availability and simple installation. Air flows in through the filtered air intake, which is located in the ceiling toward one end of the room.
Please Note (*): The utilization of spray booth exhaust filters other than the RTT RP W-Series filters will reduce the RTT spray booth and AMU warranty period to one (1) year. Temperature and humidity controlled systems do not qualify for the 5-year warranty. Please contact your local distributor or RTT if you have any questions regarding this program. RTT reserves the right to deny warranty claims if proper booth maintenance is not performed. This warranty is for parts only. Labor is not included. This warranty is not transferable.
