Selecting the Proper Paint Booth Filter for Your Application
Factors influencing the choice of Paint Arrestor for your application include the type of paint being sprayed and the expected life of the PA. Use the Paint Arrestor Selection Chart as a guideline for selecting the PA Series that is suitable for the type of paint you are spraying.
3000 Series Standard
The 3000 Series provides good all around performance for general applications and can be used for most coatings applied by the various spray coating methods. The 3000 series provides an environmentally friendly, degradable solution for any customer’s economic overspray needs.
3100 series high efficiency
RTT’s Open Front Bench Booths offer a safe environment for any type of finishing operation and allows easy paint application for small to medium sized parts. The Open Front Bench Booths are designed for batch type production systems. Many smaller shops favor this model to paint a few small items frequently and maintenance departments utilize this type of booth for every day building repair projects.
3200 series spra-gard high efficiency
RTT’s Enclosed Industrial Booths are designed to produce a high-quality finish in an extremely efficient manner. Air flows in through the filtered double entry doors in the front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area, and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth. This filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack.

With a wide range of design configurations, our exhaust chambers can accommodate the majority of production requirements including sanding applications. The dry arrestor filters trap the airborne overspray particles before the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust systems and into the atmosphere.
